We consolidate and promote the best practices in international arbitration, translate the rules, clauses and other documents of the ICC International Arbitration Court into Russian, and conduct our own research.
In 2023, the ICC Russia Working Group on Psychology in International Arbitration also launched a series of negotiation events as a dispute prevention tool.
The report details the work carried out by the ICC Task Force Maximising the Probative Value of Witness Evidence. It examines the importance of memory issues in international arbitration and describes some of the steps that can be taken to preserving the memories of witnesses.

The ICC International Court of Arbitration has for many years been the place of choice for resolving large disputes over investments and infrastructure projects such as the construction of factories, roads and bridges.
The ICC Court initially demonstrated a very high quality of dispute administration. Of course, much depended on the caliber of the arbitrator, since the quality of the decision is the quality of the arbitrator who makes it. But in the ICC it was and remains very high, because arbitrators consider the opportunity to participate in arbitration under the rules of the ICC very prestigious.
